此款為內螺牙式後扁平式的設計，推薦戴於耳骨、耳窩、小耳朵或耳垂以上的位置

從耳洞的後方往前方戴，再由前方造型處轉開(轉緊)耳環；後方圓面扁平片為固定設計，不可轉開
