Please NOTE that ALL International Orders are non-returnable, non-exchangeable as well as non-refundable.

If you have any questions of the products , please contact our Customer Services before you place an international order.

Before we ship the parcel or package, our staffs will check and make sure that the quality of goods are in a good condition.

Hence we do NOT accept any request of return / exchange/ refund of any international orders.

Only if the wrong and defective items are received.

Our policy lasts Five Days, and we cover the return costs.

Please contact our customer services within 5 days since you receive the package.

If five days have gone since you received the items, we do NOT accept any request of a return.

To be eligible for a return, the items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

All earring and body jewelry are should be in the original package with the official sticker and not be opened.

Please return the items by following our customer service's instruction, and we require a receipt or proof of the return shipping.

Return without a tracking number, we don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
